How Can nausea Along With Body Pain Be Treated?

I am a 62 year old women, high blood pressure, about 30 lbs overweight, with a demanding job I love, I just haven t been feeling right for the past few days, slight body aches, a bit light headed, cloudy head feeling, slightly nauseous, just strange overall. Usually when I begin feeling this way, I end up with a virus fairly quickly but that hasn t happened. I had a flu shot. I feel slightly like a virus but mostly just not right, very hard to explain.

hi there, if a patient with such symptoms came to me, I would start a simple pain killer like Paracetamol, along with Pantoprazol for nausea. Get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked once as a routine check up. Please revert back if any other query. Thank you.
